Great apartment building right on the 57 bus line

This apartment building is great! The building amenities are to be envied, including a 24 hour concierge, gym, and rooftop pool. There is a Stop N Shop literally a block away. In addition, they allow dogs (yay!) and have a little dog park that is for tenant use only.

This apartment complex is home to many undergrad and grad students of Boston. It is located off the Packard's Corner stop of the Green Line B and is close to Boston University, Harvard, and other college campuses. There are many gyms close by and social spots for people to explore. It is not too far from the Charles River and is perfect for a student looking for an affordable and central space. The neighborhood is safe at all hours of the day and is close by grocery stores and gas stations.
Allston is a good place to live. We are right on the B line, so easy access to the train. We are right next to Harvard Ave so there are lots of restaurants and things to do in the area.
Almost all of my neighborhood are all kinds of apartments. And lots of students in BU live here. So it's safe. Though sometimes students would hold some parties until 2 am, in general, it's suitable to live.
It has all facilities nearby. T station is just a min walk away and its convenient.
It's an amazing neighborhood, a lot of interesting things around
Allston feels very safe and has a lot of good cheap food options. There’s lots of other students here and has a more alternative/grunge feel about it. It’s one of the cheapest neighborhoods in Boston and not the most beautiful but I have enjoyed living here.
Love Allston. Lots of
Good food and right by the B line. No complaints on that front. Maybe a little questionable at night.
The building is located on the edge of streets with a lot of restaurants and activity, so there are lots of bars and places to eat within walking distance. You can also walk to the Charles in about 15 minutes. It's a quick commute to Kenmore or Brighton. One downside is that there is a lot of construction happening right now and not a lot of green space for our dog when we walk around the building.
