Can be noisy toward the front of the apartment and floors are fairly thin, but the space for the price and proximity to campus makes it worth it. 40th street is getting into a rougher area of town, so I just try to be smart about when I'm out and about, but my particular block has not posed any issues to date. Maintenance are also pretty poor about communications, but as long as there isn't an issue it's okay.
