Mason Oliver Review

My experience has been overall very positive. The management company Knightvest has been great and keeps the property well maintained. It is near Chase field and I have loved being able to walk to baseball games. It is also 1 mile from the school, so I bike to school. It is a quiet community overall and it has been a good place to live during my time at ASU law.

Not the best, but decent

You get a lot of space for the price of rent. It is close to light-rail so it is a cheaper transportation option than buying a parking pass and driving to school. Apartments closer to school tend to be more expensive with less space, but you are able to walk to school which is a plus.

The ceilings are very thin, so if you live below someone you will hear them walking. It doesn't bother me too much because I expect that from apartment living and I can't expect the upstairs tenant not to use their floor.

Management is difficult and the staff members are not very bright (to put it nicely). However, the complex is very clean and parking is great. Pool and gym are very nice. Overall, not bad but not great.

The proximity to school is very convenient and there are plenty of bars/restaurants in walking distance. The density of students who live here is also really nice because you'll always have peers to socialize with nearby.
There are tons of fun bars and restaurants around, and it's a good distance from campus.
Roosevelt is the best neighborhood to live in downtown.
This is a great location to live in. There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, and it's close enough to schools and other downtown locations that are worth visiting. It's also right off the 10, and you can easily travel anywhere in the Valley.
Lots of new apartment complexes, restaurants, and outdoor space. Some homeless people, but not enough to make me feel very uncomfortable as a woman living alone. Overall a safe, cute, and entertaining neighborhood.
It’s safe, fairly nice. Some homeless people around, but I’ve only had positive interactions with them. Park nearby, coffee shop right next door, some solid places to eat, plenty of street parking.
We went out one night and there were lots of young people out at the bars and restaurants. There is a nice park behind the building and a coffee shop just down the block.
Downtown Phoenix is like any other major downtown area, there’s crime. I feel safe in my apartment and walking to class though!
