The place itself is great. It's convenient as it's located right across the street from Dunn Loring Metro (orange line), but not expensive because it doesn't have the modern appliances and amenities that many 'modern' apartments have. Very high ceilings with very large rooms and living room. It's two floors and includes underground parking, depending on the condo owner.

Management leaves you alone, but isn't really there when you need them. Elevators are slow, but it's only 4 stories so stairs isn't a problem. Shared spaces are clean. Garbage has never been a problem. No pests or anything.

Guest parking is very strict, and towing companies are vultures. The apartment itself isn't the most secure, and changing locks is advised, but the neighborhood is very safe. Residents are families, or young professionals. The surrounding area is developing and very up and coming.

If you can fix things yourself, the apartment is very nice for it's price.

westbriar is surplsingly a nice place to live. at first i wasn't sure about the location, but this area is definitely up and coming. i love everything that is being built around the area and the closeness to the metro station. i definitely love living here.

Great location, but needs some renovation. It's near public transportation, which is great.. And also near many restaurants and a great shopping center. Being able to do laundry without going out to do it, is great.. Considering a lot of places near by you have to pay for it.
