Pretty good

No hidden fees, management is responsive, rent is affordable. I have a 30min commute to campus. It is not possible to access campus without a car.

Great Location

Just off Columbia Pike, right across a wooded park and trails. Very quiet, beautiful landscaped gardens, friendly neighbors. Several bus lines connecting to the metro. Only downside: not too many options in terms of grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants at walking distance -- just a CVS and bad fast food or Salvadoran restaurants. Would like to see more diversity -- perhaps a Trader Joe's or Shoppers, even a Whole Foods, a Starbucks or Panera, etc.

Great Location

Just off Columbia Pike, across from a wooded park and trails. Great location, very quiet, with beautiful landscaped gardens and friendly neighbors. Great for pet owners. Bus lines at walking distance connect to metro stations. Old buildings, small closets, but totally worth the tradeoff. Only downside: not lots of options in terms of grocery stores, coffee shops or restaurants at walking distance -- just a CVS and bad fast food or Salvadoran restaurants. I would like to see more diversity -- maybe a Trader Joe's or Shoppers, even a Whole Foods, a Starbucks/Panera, etc.

Alcova heights, sort of suburban very quiet and very safe but walking distance to stores and restaurants.
Nice and diverse neighborhood. Up and coming. Safe and convenient. Lots of options for food and drinks. Close proximity to DC and Tyson's Corner. Lots of new construction.
I love Columbia pike. It is affordable to live here.
Close to many grocery stores, convenient stores and many restaurants. Very quick to Pentagon City metro station or Clareden metro station
The neighborhood is very family friendly. I can walk, bike, or bus easily to the metro/Pentagon City mall or bus/bike to the law school. Walking distance to fair assortment of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. on Columbia Pike. Neighborhood is dotted with parks, tennis courts, short bike path, and other recreation.
Absolutely lovely place to live. Lots of food options in a highly diverse neighborhood.
Been built up a lot in the last few years with a Harris Teeter in walking distance. Lots of metro bus lines right outside the door with a shuttle to the metro
More working class up and down the pike, no bars or anything of that sort. But close enough to Ballston and Shirlington.
