Decent
I have really enjoyed living at this property. It is in a nice location, a quick 10 minute drive to campus, and it is a walkable area. Maintenance and property management at this property have always been prompt and friendly, I’ve never had to wait for over a day for maintenance requests to be completed. It is reasonably priced, though definitely priced a bit higher than I’d think necessary since there are not many luxury amenities. Overall, this is a comfortable, safe, and convenient place to live while in school.
