This Place is Garbage
The location of Como Park Apartments is in a once great area, and I have no doubt the property has seen better days. But that time has long since passed.
Temperature control is nonexistent- with boiler heat that is never off, and a single wall unit air conditioner rated for 450 square feet expected to cool the entire unit.
We are unsure when the photos in their advertisements and on their website were taken, but they do not represent what is seen at the property. Como Park Apartments are outdated and worn. The grounds are unkempt, with abysmal landscaping and exposed trash and recycling dumpsters. Maintenance of the buildings' interiors and units is lacking. Basic upkeep on all levels is shoddy at best. Also present are rows of unused garages. They can no longer be used, because they are repeatedly broken into and robbed.
The office staff is less than helpful, and appear to have the mental acuity of high school dropouts. They lack professional communication skills and are absent the ability to problem solve, often behaving as if the tenants are an inconvenience to them.

Great apartment complex!
The apartment is in a great location right by Roseville (only 5 minute drive to Rosedale Mall) and about 15 minutes to downtown St.Paul and downtown Minneapolis. While the apartment buildings are older, they have done a nice job in keeping them in good shape and clean. The management is also really great at responding to issues and getting a quick resolution.
