Safe place to live
Our apartment condo is located in glover park neighborhood which is safe and quite area. There are lots of grocery shops and dine in places in walkable distance. Also the metro bus runs right in front of the building so it is very convenient to go to other locations within dc.

Been a thrill!
Living in DC has truly been a thrill and living in a safe and quiet neighborhood is all that I can ask for, especially with recent crime rates going up in the city! The studio itself is pretty small, but at the same time it has all the necessities that I need to live comfortably in the urban city.

Great location and safe. Cute studio apartment with ideal layout. Perfect for student or single person. very charming area. great location for graduate students at georgetown or american universities. Pets are allowed and welcomes. the doorman is the boss.
