Good Option if Looking Downtown

Great location, units have been updated. Kinda pricey, but nice to have utilities all rolled together. Great views too. Having a parking garage is also nice. Everything is gated. Management is not great though

Can’t Beat Riley Towers

The best place for a student especially one not familiar with the area. Above ground parking and sky bridges so you never need to touch the ground going from your building, to your car, the gym, the pool, etc. Best views in the city and close to Mass ave. Lovely people who live here and an overall extremely enjoyable place to live.

Great Option

Riley is a great complex with plenty of amenities and both covered and uncovered parking options. It's 2 blocks from Mass Ave, and a short 5-min drive to the law school. The whole property is gated and the buildings require a fob to enter. The apartments are spacious and updated, and all of them come with a nice balcony. It can be a little pricey, but they offer enough to make the rent worth it. Every unit also gets its own storage locker for extra stuff. The locker is big enough to even hold some furniture.

Nice Apartment

My studio apartment is nice and was redone recently and despite very good up-keep, you can tell that the building and the apartments are from the 60s. No lights in the living room, the lobby is dated, and I think some of the rooms have not be renovated recently. However, my recently renovated apartment has its own washer/dryer, stainless appliances (full kitchen), plenty of storage, and a great view. Overall, the age of the building is not a huge concern, but it is worth noting.

Good place to live, a little expensive

Good overall. Very good gym and nice location. However, you don't have much control over temperature.

St. Joseph Reviews

It’s a great mix of quiet and residential and social. There are some bars, parks, coffee shops. It’s right off Mass Ave and really close to the bottlworks district. There is so much within walking distance. It’s diverse with people from different backgrounds and walks of life.
Mass Ave is great and there are so many restaurants and cute boutiques. It is generally a safe neighborhood, but I don't often go out and walk at night. Again, the apartments are very secure.
The building is just outside of the neighborhood, so there is a short walk to community life, but the building is right across the street from the Indianapolis Public Library which is really nice. It is an easy walk to nightlife as well.
Feels mostly safe, but I don't go out at night. Close to nightlife though
Safeish
Safe and close to mass ave so you can walk to your food/bar choices.
The apartment building is next to projects that are sandwiched in-between it and nice shops. This is definitely a mixed area, but it is nice being so close to downtown.
Great towards Mass Ave. just be aware when walking because some areas are not super great. But haven’t had any problems at all!
