Pulliam Square
Pros: very spacious (900+ sq. ft for a 1 bed room), my boyfriend and I fit comfortably in it. Apartment feels new, clean, and allows for lots of natural light with windows and a patio. New appliances and washer/dryer in unit. Management is very responsive and maintenance requests are completed within 48 hrs of submitting. Best part is the location, I would argue one of the best locations for downtown indy. Right on mass ave which has tons of restaurants and bars. Also close to many apartments my classmates live in, to the stadium and restaurants near lucas oil for games and events. Key fob entrance makes the building feel safe, and walls are thick so we never hear neighbors. Has a gym, patio courtyard area, grills, printing/cafe
CON: price is downtown pricing so expensive. No pool in the complex. Gym is fine for me, but if you are a big weight lifter you may need more. Parking is not included in rent and is also expensive (150$ month). Parking is attached, but still expensive.
