Safety concerns
My experience started out okay but there have been some more safety concerns lately

Sufficient for a student
Not fancy. If all you need is a place to sleep and study, at a reasonable price, this is for you. If you have a furry friend, the dog park is nice.
The amenities, pool and gym, have been closed due to covid but the would be nice otherwise.
