thorough review based on 3 years living there

The geese at this complex are unbelievably disgusting. They lay waste everywhere! Your yard, porch, and sidewalk. I find myself having to step over and around geese waste just to get to my car. Lbs. This is probably the number 1 reason living here isn’t perfect.

Don't get me started on the spiders and mice (yes! I said mice!) I have in my apartment. (I am on the first floor so this may play a big part). Nonetheless, The mice eat away at my subfloor to get into my apartment. For almost a year, the maintenance guys would just patch the holes, lay traps, and go on about their day...it wasn’t until just recently that they finally offered to send out exterminators, wtf? I pay a $1,000 to live here and you offer extermination 10 months into my problem!??

We have college kids as neighbors during the school year which makes for late weekends and loud kick backs...

Complex allows tenant pets to use the restroom in your yard with no regards to others and who might play there. I don’t even let my child run and play in the grass because of that AND the geese. Pretty nasty if you ask me.

If you’re not on the lease as a leaseholder, you don’t get a parking pass so you have to park in guest parking....there’s like 20 guest parking spaces in the whole complex....ridiculous.

The kids “playground” is a total joke. They advertise family housing but they don’t put money into a safe, clean, and UPDATED area for children to play. Weird. The pool is fantastic though! Always clean and they regularly offer cool treats for swimmers!
