It’s alright!

There are a mix of residents, some students, some doctors, nurses, business-people, families, blue-collar folks. There are some elderly people as well, especially on my floor! This is a generally quiet apartment complex. Management has been iffy, lots of turn over… which isn’t ideal. Maintenance issues are plentiful - elevator goes down every other month, parking lot lights are out currently, my air conditioning didn’t work at first. But generally — and for the PRICE — this is pretty decent. There are cleaners every week for shared spaces, sweet neighbors who have halloween buckets and decorate their doors!

St. Joseph Reviews

It’s a great mix of quiet and residential and social. There are some bars, parks, coffee shops. It’s right off Mass Ave and really close to the bottlworks district. There is so much within walking distance. It’s diverse with people from different backgrounds and walks of life.
Mass Ave is great and there are so many restaurants and cute boutiques. It is generally a safe neighborhood, but I don't often go out and walk at night. Again, the apartments are very secure.
The building is just outside of the neighborhood, so there is a short walk to community life, but the building is right across the street from the Indianapolis Public Library which is really nice. It is an easy walk to nightlife as well.
Feels mostly safe, but I don't go out at night. Close to nightlife though
Safeish
Safe and close to mass ave so you can walk to your food/bar choices.
The apartment building is next to projects that are sandwiched in-between it and nice shops. This is definitely a mixed area, but it is nice being so close to downtown.
Great towards Mass Ave. just be aware when walking because some areas are not super great. But haven’t had any problems at all!
