Would Not Recommend

The management is worst and fail to provide security inside the neighborhood. The wall paint color in the hallway is not at all welcoming.
They charge more for the very small place.
The office staff gets rude most of the time. The packages from the mail room are not delivered most of the time. They keep the package and don't even send an email about the package received.

Great View and Clean apartments with lot of good neighbors

I have been here for less than a year but I must say I am beginning to like it a lot. Just 5 min walk to lake .Great view of lake shore drive, lake and downtown. Life would have been easier if they had a grocery store near by but I now have to walk 15 min for one.

Good deal

I'm glad I chose Prairie Shores Apartments. Parking is included and the units are very spacious. About 15 minute drive from UChicago. Neighborhood is ok.
