Love the westside

My apartment is BEAUTIFUL yes but there are plenty of things that irk me about it that I didn't anticipate before leasing. The noise from outside was probably the first "red flag." It is LOUD in my part of building which faces a street as well as a post office depot place that likes to get rowdy early every morning. The parking is another issue. We have a garage that is never close to being full but we are allowed to use a only small portion of it. They regularly threaten to boot/tow their own residents... Can't we all just get along? The mail room is a big old mess because packages essentially can't be delivered to it? Sucks when you pay to get something quick but it takes just as long as "standard shipping" because the delivery people can't access the package place. Lastly I would never try to own a dog here even though I badly want one! There's no outdoor space for them really. So most of these are minor issues but they can lead to major inconvenience IMO.

Not Allowed to Write a Review While Under Lease

Not Allowed to Write a Review While Under Lease... Otherwhise I would write a full review at this time. I plan on moving out when my lease is up in the second half of the year, and I will be more than willing to disclose my feelings and experiences at that time.

This apartment building is brand new so it is great, but there are also some problems since it is brand new. Great location and very easy if you want to be in midtown. very nice area and tons of restaurants

The price may fare a little high, but that being said you get a lot of bang for your buck! Very close to interstate so easy commutes for travel. Close to campus, Target, Atlantic Station, and LA Fitness. There doesn't appear to be too much traffic around the areas.
Westside has definitely come up in terms of Atlanta neighborhoods. There are tons of great restaurants in the area, and it is a very safe place to be, even at night. If you like to eat, you NEED to venture over!
Close to campus. Decent choice for food places and grocery store within walking distance. Very close to Atlanatic Station as well. If you are careful, not a very dangerous area, but not a very safe place either.
Love the area! Plenty of restaurants and stores. Not far from Atlantic Station and Howell Mill. Right off 75. About 15 mins to the airport without traffic. About 20 mins from Emory depending on traffic but it's mainly street driving.
