It’s fine

I’ve lived here for two years prior to Fordham. It’s not awesome but it’s the best we could do with our budget. Our priority was square footage in order to fit our dog and two desks. The kitchen is tiny, there is no W/D and no dishwasher. The building is old. But the doorman and super are helpful and I’ve made it home.

Good Bang for your buck

This apartment is a great value. There is a door man, the super lives in the building and laundry is in the basement. The location will have more attractions when the Hudson Yards development is complete.
