Nice, quiet place near Multnomah Village
Great apartment! Really reasonable price and within walking distance of Multnomah Village. Pet friendly with a very affordable pet rent and lots of street parking available so you can avoid a parking fee.

Headwaters Apt
I moved from across the country and picked out my apartment before moving here. It was a little stressful, as I did not know what I was getting. Management was very helpful with that process, and are usually available for any help that you might need. I picked the apartment for its location, very close to Lewis and Clark Law School. It is about a 10 minute drive, with no driving on major streets, which is really nice. It is also very safe. You have to buzz to get inside the building, there are cameras at the entrances and in the garages, and management has hired additional security. Most of the tenants are couples or families, so it feels like a very safe place to live. It looks really nice, and although it is a little expensive for what I would rather pay for an apartment, the price is pretty accurate for the quality of building and apartment you're paying for. The space is a bit small, especially the bedroom and closet, but the layout is nice. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. I would and have recommended the apartment to others, however, the price and having to pay so much for parking, makes me consider looking elsewhere once my lease gets close to expiring. Hope this review helps.
