NYU Dorm

Palladium residence is pretty good for those who have just moved to the city. Utilities are included and there is a large student body in the dorm that helps you meet other students. Decent choice for your first year.

Palladium

Expensive be great community. If one can't get housing, not a bad option. International students would be well-served living here.

NYU Housing

Palladium is very convenient location-wise, and has great amenities. However, the price often feels too high for the amount of space you get -- some students have bigger rooms than others despite paying the same price. Nevertheless, it's great in that you live in the same building as many (mostly international) fellow MBAs, and there's lots to do in the area.

Another downside is having to share the building with undergrads, and having to sign guests in and out.
