Nice building
Overall great building to live in. The staff isn't as friendly and not as luxurious as other buildings in Brickell but for the price of rent and the square footage you get it's better than other places. There are waterfront views available. Pets are only allowed to reside if you are an owner here. They have been more strict lately following this pet policy because there have been many renters trying to have pets here.

The Club at Brickell Bay
My time tiving here has been a positive experience. I have not yet faced any major issues and any minor ones I have experienced have been quickly and efficiently resolved. My favorite thing about this location is its close proximity to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and several shops.

Great experience
Great experience;
Very nice area to live in
Friendly people.
Although the management staff isn't always that attentive and are constantly providing updates regarding non-working items, I've never had a personal issue and enjoy living in this area.

Pretty good
I really like the location of our building. The views are great and there are lots of great places to eat withing walking distance. The management is overbearing sometimes though. They make such a big deal about a car being parked in our spot without a proper sticker, yet pur fob system has been down for months...

Great building with great amenities
Overall, this is a good building. Management is friendly and the building is well maintained. The location literally cannot be beat. You are a 5 minute walk from Mary Brickell Village and the Metrorail and the building is very close to the water, with bay views from most units. The amenities are great: pools are very nice, there is a nice hot tub, dry cleaning lockers in the building and from what I hear a very well appointed gym. The biggest negative is hotwire internet service. It is included in the rent, which is great, but is unreliable and hotwire's customer service is borderline criminally negligent. The building is in discussions with them to resolve these issues and the system should be upgraded by the spring. I also think that there are too many rules on pool usage (I would love to be able to use our lovely pools in the evening), and management is unnecessarily uptight about parking. Also the long trek up the parking garage (as much as 24 ramps!) really gets to you after a while.

Brickell Reviews
All that said, this is still a developing neighborhood and hasn't yet reached maturity. Many units remain unoccupied, owned by foreign investors or foreigners looking for a pied-à-terre in the US (as in, they don't even rent them out!). Many restaurants are empty most of the time and turn over all the time, and while there are some great high end places, a lot of the more mid range offerings are highly commercialized designed in a boardroom type places with mediocre food and not the owner run small neighborhood joints that would give this neighborhood charm and character. It is definitely a highly walkable neighborhood, but not as walkable as it could be because of the condo "country club in the sky" kind of development with big pool complexes and huge parking garages. There are positives and negatives to that, but on street level it means less real estate for bars, stores, and restaurants. For all these reasons, people seeking a true urban environment will probably prefer Miami Beach or Coconut grove, even though the high-rises are far taller in Brickell. All that said, i think this neighborhood will continue to mature, with more full time residents moving in as people around the country discover what it has to offer.
