Very nice building

Great location in Aventura, very close to shopping mall and 5 minutes from the ocean. Neighborhood is safe, clean, simply beautiful. Management of the building is very polite, educated. They always make sure you are ok. I would that building for everybody - for couples, families with kids...maybe little bit price for students. Overall is amazing place to live!
