Great building, beautiful views, fun neighborhood

Great building and apartment

Great for someone with a busy schedule. Less than 10 min walk to campus and building has a market downstairs.

The apartment has great amenities and is about 30 min from NYU door to door. Its very quiet here and allows for easy living. The building hosts a number of events on the roof top and the management is very accommodating.

I love the Mercedes House - it has amazing amenities and the maintenance staff is so friendly.
They have a lovely gym on the premise.
While a little overpriced it is a great place to live.
It would be lovely if there were more public transport options around such as - Subway, bus etc.
also the grocery store is very expensive.

Mercedes House, situated near trendy Hell's Kitchen, is absolutely the place to be - stunning architecture, friendly and helpful concierge staff, pet friendly, gorgeous apartments with unique finishes - state of the art kitchens, tremendous amounts of natural light, high ceilings - not to mention the health club. The Mercedes Club boasts a large fitness center with new machines, tons of group classes, personal training, a spa, and outdoor AND indoor pools. I moved in last weekend, and am already obsessed!

The management isn't the best because they aren't very attentive or listen to tenants, but custodian staff are very friendly and helpful. Building is clean, and environment is safe. My neighbors are also very nice. Elevators are well maintained as well as my garbage disposal area is kept clean.
