Favorite Apartment Ever Lived In
My experience with this apartment complex was so, so wonderful. My only reason for moving was because of a relocation for work. The management company and staff are very friendly, upfront (no secret hidden fees that pop up out of nowhere), and just in general enjoyable people. Moving in and out was a seamless process, very easy and convenient. The apartments themselves have an open design that maximizes space which is great overall living and pets (my Great Dane loved living here). The granite counters and stainless steel appliances give nice aesthetics. The neighbors in the building here were also very pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend living here if you have the opportunity. I would definitely move back in if I had the chance to do so.
Convenient Location
The commute to this part of Bothell can be brutal, but it is convenient to 405 and I5 and to all the stores you need in Thrashers Corner, Canyon Park, Mill Creek, and even Lynnwood (15 mins away). Transit is very accessible. It is a safe neighborhood.
