Easy Commute

9 management rating Reviewed by on

Living at 62 on the Park has been a great experience for me! The easy commute and the beautiful view of the Commons are huge pluses. Having a Starbucks right next door is a perfect convenience. I also feel very secure in the building, and the staff are extremely friendly, always making me feel welcome.

There are laundry and trash facilities on every floor, which is super convenient, though laundry is $3 a load. I love that the building is pet-friendly, and there are so many different floor plans to choose from, so there's something for everyone. Overall, I would highly recommend 62 on the Park for anyone looking for a great living experience in the city!

Dexter Park Brookline

10 management rating Reviewed by on

Dexter Park is a great place to live! The front desk staff is great and the management keeps in contact with its residents; gives plenty of heads up time if they will be doing work/water shut-offs/laundry room repair/etc...Parking is available for an additional fee ($200-$250), they allow pets and it's a 5 min walk from the CTC / Greenline on Commonwealth. Some of the undergrad students can get pretty loud on the weekends but overall a great place to live and you get more room for your money!

Great management and well kept houses

10 management rating Reviewed by on

After coming from a okayish management, we moved into Gardner Street Apts and we love it here!
The house was open and airy, had a lot of sunlight coming in and the management company is highly appreciable. They come for follow ups and to just check if we are doing okay, which is great!

Maintenance

The maintenance people always show up quickly, but they don’t do the best job. We had a rat in our apartment for weeks and maintenance was not that helpful.

62 On the Park

It is close to school, the management is not great, they will raise your rent through the roof and the apartment's themselves are very small.
