Management has invested in improving the common areas but the apartments themselves leave much to be desired. The windows let out cool air in the summer months while letting the outside heat enter the apartment; they let out heat in the winter while letting in the outside cold. An attempt at modernizing was made, but it was half-hearted. For the money, as compared to other rentals in the area, this apartment is a decent value.

Great management, clean and safe property, and great apartment. A little pri
