Great place to live if you don’t mind commuting to campus. It is a 15-20 minute bike ride which is equivalent to a walk from Rittenhouse/Center City area. For price, I get a modern building with amenities and stores on the first level.

It is only a 15 minute walk from HSB, which is very nice. The building and actual apartment are great. The location is good but not great, but that is most of Philly. It is right on the verge of the “unsafe” area, but I am girl and just do not go outside alone.

Close to the city center bus stop. The studio is pretty small but very manageable because there are a lot of shared common spaces. Includes gym, individual study spaces, group study spaces, and a rooftop area.

Management and maintenance try, but my biggest issues are the fire alarm always going off, hearing people through the front door, the obnoxiously loud HVAC unit, the noise from the floor above and below, and just the general grossness of the carpet and walls for a luxury building

Mostly Penn graduate students live there, so that's nice. It's about a 20 minute walk to the my grad school, but public transit is close by. It's nice that all utilities and internet were included. Combined washer/dryer in studios has been a very bad experience. Overall a pretty solid apartment.

Great place! Indego Bikes to get to campus are out front. Above a Sprouts, Target, Chipotle, Starbucks, Fine Wine, and PetSmart

OneCity is a great apartment building to live in! Right next to the Ben Franklin bridge and about 20 minutes away from RVSOM's Sewell Campus, it is a perfect location for me. Parking is just down the street in a garage that is extremely discounted for OneCity residents, and the building has a gym, multiple office/study spaces, 24/7 front desk security, a package room and a rooftop for residents to enjoy.

Up to date appliances, full size oven and fridge. Garbage disposal and a washer/dryer combo in unit. Nest heater/air conditioner that I can control from my phone. Locked front entrance with keypad door. Nice big windows!

Right above a Giant, next to the BSL and two bus routes. Close to both campus and Center City. Convenience makes it worth it.

Pretty nice building and spacious relative to a lot of the other Philly apartment buildings. It's not as well known as other Wharton buildings, so fewer students live there (could be viewed as either a positive or negative). Main drawback is that it is pretty far from campus, located over on 16th
