Park 210 is a nightmare
Say hello to my not so little friends in the pic (not the largest one I encountered). I had giant spiders for roommates. My shower broke when I moved in, they fixed the knob but left the faulty seal in the wall for another day which left me with a large hot water drip for 10 months, despite my requests. The fire alarm control box for the building was located 10 feet from my front door and beep so loudly one could not block it out without earbuds. I was shown how to temprarily turn it off. This solution could last for 10 seconds or the rest of the day. This went on for 5-6 months. My son moved out after 2 months leaving me with a room i could not fill because of the beeping. I reported the change in residency to the office, face to face, but no changes were made and I paid for WSG for 2 for 8 months plus the running water, plus the energy bill for the running hot water. The walls are thin. It sounds like you are going to drown when the upstairs neighbor flushes their toilet. Despite the rules, vaping and smoking on the property is constant. I couldn't crack my windows because my neighbors vaped constantly on their patio or in their cars with the windows down, and because of the guy who smoked 2 cigs on his back porch between 5-530am on weekdays. I was threatened multiple times with eviction for vaping or smoking, , which made my home feel unsafe and hostile. It was always a pleasure to have the police shine their spotlight in your window when ever they rolled through. Very comforting. The list goes on and on, but I will end the negatives with this. When I had a problem I would talk to the staff and nothing would get done. I will give Park 210 1 star for being well maintained and safe on the outside, and there is plenty of parking.
Vintage Living
Stockbridge has a lot of charm and all the perks of living in an older building with only a few drawbacks. The walls are very thick, so you can't hear anything through them, and I have never heard my upstairs neighbors. Management and maintenance are nice and helpful. The downsides are that the units have fewer electrical outlets than newer buildings, of course, and the bathroom is very small. The building also has very few amenities, but it does have a nice laundry room and secure package receiving lockers.
Willows Court Apartments Review
apartment is average at best and further from campus than I would like but it is a decent price point compared to the options near campus
Review
Clean, spacious, adorable, friendly staff, quiet, great location
1L Apartment Review
Quiet and close to the Law School. It is expensive, but the management is great and the short commute is worth the expense.
Cozy home.
The property manager, Crystal, and on-site maintenance guy, Ric, are both dedicated to making the place comfortable. They are planning some improvements to the property, including a mini-gym. It's a bit expensive, especially since zero utilities are included, but that seems par for the course in this neighborhood (surrounded by Amazon) for the time being.
Does the trick
Gotta say, this place is not my favorite because of the noise level but once you get to know the neighbors you get why. LOTS of families=lots of people. BUT, I do love my little space, how close it is to my job and the management team honestly does try its best to make sure people pay on time which helps lessen the drama
Quiet and dog friendly
Great apartment for young professionals, and dog lovers. The neighbors are nice and friendly and the management is amazing. Management has great communication and never had any issue with any maintenance request.
The off leash dog park behind the building is a plus where you can take your dog to play.
Centrally located little nest
I've lived at Carolina Court for over a year and a half, and I could not find anything even comparable in nearby new buildings even if i tried. The rent is very affordable, the building itself is also very safe with a gated courtyard & super close to the freeway.
Waiting for lease to run it course
Management is wishy washy. It's either she's on vacation or not on the premises. The assistants don't seem to know much. I recommended my sister to this place and she is a current resident and feels the same way about management.
Location is meh
No social events like Eric did before.
