I love my home!
I love Logans Landing! It’s safe, comfortable, and a beneficial environment to live in! There’s much to do and a lot of engagement from our property managers.
Awesome Space but Extremely Inflexible
They offer 1 year renewable leases as the longest leases. Absolutely no flexibility (since there is nowhere else to go, and someone will move in as soon as you leave).
Further, they're taking our storage closets with no reduction in rent, or anything else that will help with the lack of space in the apartment.
Honestly, the space is clean, no drama, walls are pretty quiet, it's a nice place to live, but the management treat you as a number (expectedly).
Solid with room for improvement
It's been unproblematic here. I really like my apartment itself. The complex is a little worn, but the maintenance people are awesome.
love it there
Great security and they ban marijuana so you don't have to smell it
Safe and Quiet
Luxury apartments, quiet neighbors, free pool, gym, and parking. Less than 10 minute drive from campus. In unit washer & dryer. 800 building has an elevator
Logan’s Landing
I’ve been here for almost 2 1/2 years now and have 0 complaints about the property. Nice amenities, nice neighbors, good location, quick drive to the school, and great property managers.
N/A
A lot of Liberty Students and Liberty employees live at Logans Landing. They have a lot of fun events and an on campus gym. The facilities are always well kept and they are on top of maintenance if any issues arise. The only downside is the cost. Each building is locked which is great!
(Idk what this means)
I love this apartment complex! Close to campus and very nice!
I love Logans Landing!
Logans Landing is such a nice place to live. It’s super quiet, which is great for getting work done, and a lot of other law students live there. The area is super safe and very close to everything!
I love it!
I absolutely love it here. My apt is beautiful, I always feel safe, and you get so much square footage for your money. It’s a 10 minute drive from campus which is super easy. The complex is practically brand new and the management is lovely. Only a 9 because some people drive through the complex fast or with loud music and I wish they would crack down on it, but it doesn’t bother me too much
Review
We enjoy all the amenities here, walking trail, pool, lazy river, walking distance to Kroger. It’s also a good price for what we are getting and the apartment quality is good.
Logan's Landing is a great place for LUCOM students!
Lots of space, responsive management, clean facility, new amenities, quiet
Professional Community
Never had an issue with noise or service.
Solid with room for improvement
I love the location of the complex, and the units themselves are very nice. However, the complex is not very well kept (carpets are dirty, walls scratched). It seems like the new management is trying to change that though. This place could be really nice, but there's just a couple things keeping them at an average rating. Gym could be improved, general shared spaces could be improved -- it's some of the more minor things that I have complaints about. Overall, not a bad place to live, I'll probably re-up my lease at the end of the year.
Nice apartment but getting more and more expensive
Gramercy Row is a nice building; however, management is a little overbearing with apartment "maintenance," there is a lot of dog noise, and the price is getting more expensive with each leasing period. For reference, my original lease was $960 a month for 1BR/Bath and now there leasing "special" is $1,250 a month for 1Br/Bath.
The apartment is updated though, there is no carpet, and the maintenance staff is super friendly.
