Dimensions Management

A lot of the apartments (including mine) are newly redone with modern appliances. Large windows allowing for a lot of natural sunlight. Dimensions Management has a poor reputation but I personally have not had any issues, though I also haven’t needed to reach out to them since I moved in. Property owner (assume he owns all the newly redone units because they’re all the same style) rents through Dimensions and he seems like a really great guy. Location is good—nearby blue line station that goes right to Rush, number of bars/restaurants, quiet neighborhood but all of the busy/exciting areas of the Loop/South Loop are within reach. No security or front desk which is a bit of a negative.
