For the most part, Echelon Glen provides a stable household that has easy access to tennis courts, restaurants, and groceries.

Echelon Glen is close to school, and in a clean and friendly community which made it a great choice for me. It’s also close to supermarkets. The only thing I dislike, is that the recycling area is located very far from the building.

Overall good apartment with updated appliances / features. Maintenance is quick to respond. Walls are thin however, can hear neighbors.

Overall: Super grateful for this place!

The apt is conveniently located near many restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, and most importantly for me is that it is 7 minutes from my school in Stratford. My unit has a washer and dryer in-unit which has been a huge convenience but I don't think that is the case for all the units. The unit is also modernized with new appliances and the kitchen especially is a great space. The gym is very small but is included for free. There are also great places for kids and dogs to play if you have a family. Parking is also very accommodating with a generous lot. The only gripe I have is the dumpster for all trash is in the parking lot and recycling is in a separate location that you have to drive to.

Great Value

Newly renovated apartments with new appliances. If you live with upstairs neighbours, you may hear them walking around/talking loudly/watching TV loudly depending on how loud they are in general. Great location close to many local restaurants and bars. Lots of parking available all the time.

They are ready to help in, it is a nice area and close to school. There’s family nearby and it’s a safe complex. Some maintenance is being done which makes some things inconvenient. Parking can be found easily.

lots of bugs on first floor

5 management rating Reviewed by on

The apartment is okay, nothing too great but not terrible. The wooden floors are a nice touch, kitchen/living room are nice and spacious. However since I live on the first floor there are a LOT of bugs and cockroaches. Now that its winter it has gotten better. No ceiling lights or fans in the bedrooms or living room so you will need to buy lamps. The location is very convenient bc its close to a lot of food and stores, and campus is only 5 min away which is a plus. Very safe community!

East Falls - Walnut Court Apartments

6 management rating Reviewed by on

I love living in East Falls and having so much greenery just outside my apartment. East Falls is quiet, friendly, green, and easy to navigate by car. It takes me 10-15 min to get to Temple Med from my place and I love not having to rely on public transportation to get around. But if needed, SEPTA buses stop right outside the building.

The apartment unit itself is beautiful. I couldn't ask for more in a one-bedroom for $1200. I have 800sqft of space, three closets, and there is ample room for my partner and me and any future pets we may have. There is also an option to have laundry installed in-unit. I just pay for electric and cable separately.
