The neighborhood is fantastic, the main reason I chose this apartment. It’s a little further outside Boston, so definitely a little quieter, and it has a mix of grad students, young professionals and families, which is great if you want to get out of the Allston college scene. There’s lots of restaurants and small businesses, and great libraries and cafes for studying. Also plenty of green space, with Jamaica Pond and the Arboretum right next door.

We are on the border between JP and Mission Hill. Parking on our street is un-permitted and very easy. We are adjacent to an elementary/middle school, so the street gets very busy during the week when school lets out.
