This University of Texas neighborhood naturally exudes a collegiate feel. The university enrolls around 60,000 students, and students abound in the highly-desirable area. Many of the area’s businesses and restaurants cater to the local students, creating an overall energetic and young vibe. Running down the middle of the neighborhood is Guadalupe Street, known to many as The Drag. The locals love the shopping, restaurants, cafes, and music venues here.
