St. Anthony Park —
6/10 Rating
(based on 1 neighborhood reviews)
The only issue with the neighborhood is that there is a recycling plant and it smells a little funky a couple times a week. Other than that it is pretty safe and there are a good amount of things to do within walking distance. Additionally, the lightrail is really close so its not hard to get other major places around the cities.
