Athmar Park

The majority of Athmar Park’s homes were built during the 1940’s and 1950’s. This was due to a major housing boom that occurred after World War II had ended, which is ultimately what gave Athmar Park its traditional neighborhood setting that persists today. In the middle of Athmar Park is Huston Lake Park, which is a hotspot for the residents that live in town. The park features a beautiful lake where anyone can go rafting along with a guide. Athmar Park is also known for having Asian-style grocery stores in the area, which include New Saigon Market, Little Saigon Market, and Pacific Ocean Marketplace.

Athmar Park residents greatly enjoy the plethora of choices they have when looking for restaurants and bars. Throughout Athmar Park are recommended eateries that the residents love to go to themselves.
