College View

College View was originally set up to be a site for small farming families. But rapid development after World War II occurred, and has created the College View we know today. A short drive away from the University of Denver, many students choose to live at College View thanks to its convenient location and easy commute to their classes. College View has an urban feel to it with a lively nightlife, thanks to all of the social hubs, bars, and hotspots scattered throughout town. The residents of College View recommend the King Soopers and Save A Lot grocery stores for whenever grocery shopping needs to be done.

Just outside of College view are plenty of options to choose from for a good eat. The residents of College View also have their own recommendations for anyone new in town. Recommended restaurants in the area include Tacos Rapidos, Playa Azul Mexican Restaurant, Star Kitchen, New Saigon Restaurant, and Que Chulada. Bars for drinks with friends on the weekends include Bowman’s Vinyl & Lounge, Greenfields Pool & Sports Bar, and Adrift. College View is a great place to live, especially for the younger crowd attending school at the University of Denver.
