Virginia Village
Renowned Small Town
Virginia Village began as a town back in 1864 and acted as an agricultural and rural area for most of its history. It was occupied by farmers, growing crops like horseradish, grain, and asparagus. It has since evolved and has become a traditional neighborhood in the present day. Many young families choose to live here for the suburban atmosphere with the city only a short drive away. On the outskirts of town is Cook Park, a popular hotspot for townies to visit. Picnics, outdoor pools, and sports fields are all available to the public there.
Virginia Village also has a plethora of eateries to choose from when thirsty or hungry. Restaurants and bars are scattered throughout town, and among them, many are highly rated. Restaurants in the area include Chakas Mexican Restaurant, Breakfast Inn, Pantaleone's, Esters Neighborhood Pub, and La Fogata Restaurant. Bars in the area include The Dirty Duck Bar, Skippy's, Crimson and Gold Tavern, and J.L'S Cheers Pub. Virginia Village is a great spot for young adults, families, and couples thanks to all the destinations in the area and its close vicinity to the urban side of Denver.

A family oriented neighborhood, feels very safe, neighbors are insanely kind and have helped us fix a flat tire, let us borrow yard work equipment, wave and say hello when they see us, are more than happy to share info that we didn't know as "new to Denver" people such as when yardwaste gets picked up
