Auraria

Originally, Auraria used to be a mining settlement that was part of Kansas territory. Auraria’s role as a mining settlement died down eventually, and since then the town has evolved into a more traditional neighborhood with a blue collar atmosphere. The neighborhood of Auraria is popular among students since three universities are within its proximity. Community College of Denver, University of Colorado Denver, and the Metropolitan State University of Denver are all close by. Students choose Auraria to live thanks to its convenient location for an easy commute.

For any sport fans, there is also the Pepsi Center, which is home to the Colorado Avalanche hockey team and the Golden Nuggets basketball team. The town of Auraria has a variety of choices to choose from when looking for a place to eat or drink. Locals have many recommendations, which makes any newcomer feel at home instantaneously.
