Perfect little residential area sitting on a main road with all you could want within walking distance. The 16th street mall is a 15 minute walk, if that. I walk my dogs every day and its nice to walk around a residential area with houses and other people walking outside. Two light rail stations close by within 10 minutes walking distance.
