Great neighborhood, can be a little sketch at night but never had a problem other than cars getting broken into.

Neighborhood is great, but there is property crime and if more racial strife happens in the country, this is the area that will be busted up.
Day to day, I've had no problems, but I've witnessed a home invasion during the afternoon. Several cars have been broken into. Homeless wander through the alleys often. Keep reading
