Great area to live with a large variety of great restaurants. Living on the park is fantastic. Great if you have pets. Easy location to get to and from the hospital, downtown or onto the highway. Traffic to and from the hospital is very manageable and there is no need to deal with harbor traffic.

Locust Point is one of the most adorable neighborhoods in Baltimore. Easily safe to run/walk around at night, full of dog parks and corner bars, lots of neighborhoody activities. It's still got a very community feel to it despite all of the commercial building that is happening in the area. There are many young families as well as people who have lived here for generations.
