East Village

East Village is a classic downtown neighborhood sprawling with high-rises, and former warehouses turned bars and restaurants. It is also the largest downtown San Diego neighborhood, so it has plenty to offer! The biggest attraction of the East Village is Petco Park, the MLB baseball stadium that is home to the San Diego Padres. On home game days, the nearby bars, like Bub's at the Ballpark, are filled with fans both before and after the game. For those who don't score a ticket to the game, Gallagher Square is a great place to hangout and hear some of the action from the game.

Other than a Padres game, a visit to the San Diego Central Library is a must. Lining the streets nearby are art galleries, 50+ shops, and 40+ restaurants. Whether visiting or living in East Village, there is always something to do!
