Great location, quiet & safe neighborhood

This apt is within walking distance to many small businesses, restaurants, & coffee shops. The neighborhood is safe & has so many friendly people. Only 20 mins away from the graduate campus. It’s an old apt complex, so it comes with some maintenance issues but overall it’s a great place to live!
