Location is great. Super close to the school. The fact I’m paying $2100 though for a small studio style place with no A/C is not ideal especially because this place caters to students who typically have no income. I had issues moving in (mildew, broken lock, etc.) but they were fixed promptly. Zeal is a decent management company.
