The apartment is nice. The cost is decent relative to some other ones we looked at

Cortland Ridglea
I have lived here for 2 years and have just re-upped my lease with them for a third year. Though thin in amenities, I have always felt safe and happy with the price/square footage of my unit. Plus the apartment is very pet friendly and has spaces for dogs to run off leash. There is a lot of turnover in the leasing office but that is not unusual in my experience with apartment complexes. Most of the workers are very knowledgeable and desire to help you out. I love the maintenance crew and they respond promptly to maintenance requests. The crew is very friendly and professional. They work hard to fix whatever issue you're having. I like the Camp Bowie area because it is fairly quiet but close to several amenities like groceries, shopping, and restaurants.

Peaceful Community near many stores and restaurants.

I’ve had a great experience at this apartment. What really makes this community is their great maintenance team. They are quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even when issues come up, management gets them resolved quickly. It is gated and there is a security patrol at night. I’ve never had issues with my neighbors. At the moment, they are renovating older apartments so there is extra noise throughout the day and less parking currently.

Great area, outside the city
I wanted to live outside the city but still have quick access to the school and most places downtown. Cortland does a great job of balancing a more quiet living area and the convenience of basically being ten minutes away from everything.

Clean, spacious, quiet complex. Best part is you are less than 5 mins from many shopping centers and fast food chains. 11 minutes from the school. Two pools, two gyms, and trash valet. It’s a gated community but they even have security patrolling the parking lots throughout night.

Standard Apartment - No frills
I have had a good experience thus far with the management, maintenance, and office staff. The community is fairly quiet (though be aware that the complex is renovating apartments so there is construction noise from time to time). I have had no problems with neighbors or with our apartment generally. The community is gated and there is plenty of parking within the gates. Most of the residents keep to themselves and the complex does a good job keeping the community clean. Plus, the apartment is complex is located right off of Camp Bowie and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I feel very safe in this area as well. All in all, my partner and I are planning to re-up our lease when our current one is up.

The apartment is very spacious. It is not the newest complex or building, but it has been kept up very well. The neighborhood presents a lot of restaurants and plazas that can be very convenient when you're done studying. The complex has a student package and can usually accommodate a 9/10 month rental if you do not plan on staying the entire year in Fort Worth. The drive to campus/downtown is roughly 8-12 minutes. The longest I have ever stayed stuck in traffic has been no more than 10 minutes. Neighbors are usually UNT Med students and very friendly. Don't be afraid to negotiate. Ask for their washer/dryer package (though I heard this may not be available next year) It'll make life so much easier than driving to a laundromat.

Great complex!
The apartment is about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Fort Worth. If there's no traffic you can make It there in 7-8 minutes. Management is nice. The gym is small but always clean :) lots of students.
