Really Nice Building - Terrible Management Company

Stay away from Real Property Management Pros if you can. Hidden fees. Officious, rude, intrusive staff. Phone calls don't get answered. Etc.

The building is very nice, down in Crystal City. If you're willing to commute a little, I recommend Crystal City a lot. There is nothing to do, but you will be reading all the time anyway.
