It was ok
Pros
- Lowest rent in the area for studios (although it is going up yearly)
- Close to T
- Close to Dunkies
- Close to the CTC
- Full kitchen (in a studio this is so rare)
Cons
- Rent raises are exorbitant
- Some package theft here and there
- Elevator is suspicious
- Rats outside, but rats are in Allston in general
