Functional With Some Quirks
Pretty good overall. There's only one bathroom on the top floor, and the living room doesn't have an overhead light. However, the bedrooms are spacious and the house is extremely functional. This location is convenient for young professionals working in downtown Pittsburgh and non-traditional students at Duquesne, Pitt, or another city of Pittsburgh university/college. You must be a professional to rent this place, strictly students will not be accepted.
