Great place to live

The property is very nice and very well maintained. It is easy to get ahold of maintenance and the work is done quickly. There aren't many students that live here, which is fine for us. We have a yard, the apartment is pet friendly, we have central AC and a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. However, the rent is still way higher than what we feel is appropriate for this type of property.
