Aura32
Like the proximity to campus. Do not like how they are constantly increasing prices by amending our community guidelines. Management system is not the best. Lots of car break-ins and stolen tires.

Aura is a nice place if you can tolerate bad management
Terrible management, a lot of safety concerns with garage break ins, but the apartment is nice

Aura review
Great amenities and living space. It is pricey, but there are great common areas to study in, free coffee, and a pretty good gym. Only a 10-minute walk to the law school.

Decent apartment
Aura Thirty2 was newly built and rented out to most of the residents that newly live here this year. My experience is that the building staff are responsive in person but a bit more difficult to get over the phone. Additionally, the correspondence between tenants and building management can also be tough as well. As far as the actual apartments go, most of them are new so they are pretty decent and most of us who live here got a competitive rate for rent when compared to other parts of Austin.

Aura Thirty2
Great amenities and location. Management takes a while to respond and there have been many security issues. I suspect prices are also going to go up a lot after the complex's first year

Great apartment but incompetent management
The apartment itself is great - it’s a brand new building with great amenities and a large kitchen (which I love). However, management itself is an issue. They continuously scheduled maintenance during law school finals even though a large portion of residents are students. Additionally, security in the garage has been a huge issue with multiple trucks having their wheels stolen, but management was very slow to do the bare minimum of installing cameras.

It’s alright. Security is terrible lots of break-ins and theft in the parking garage. Ongoing problem that hasn’t been solved. Nice overall but probably not worth the cost

Unsafe premises and thin walls
The leasing office/management company is extremely unresponsive and not on top of their own policies. There were a series of car thefts and break-ins and the management did basically nothing until residents started posting negative Google reviews.
The walls and floors are incredibly thin. Aside from location proximity to the law school, I do not recommend this property.
