Metro 67

Pretty incredible experience all around. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it one of the best views in the city if you get one of the floor plans facing the river? Absolutely.

Gym is pretty nice, parking is closed to only residents after hours with a code, security guard at the front desk is present during the afternoon and after-hours. The front office staff is super kind and helpful.

That being said, if you're not from Memphis like me, the downtown area is very different from that of other major metropolitan cities. There aren't a whole lot of places to walk to, but the ones that are closeby and open are great!

I love living in Metro, it couldn't be more convenient. Especially 1L year, living across the school was such a blessing. Aside from that, I have never felt unsafe here. Maintenance is helpful and quick to respond, and so is the team at the front desk. The only reason it isn't a 10 is because the parking garage has had some issues.

I wish it had a pool but it has a nice rooftop!

The apartment is nice and the staff is polite. The mail/package room is secure. The price is very high for not many included amenities or parking. The bamboo wood floors scratch easy and some of the appliances are old. The location is convenient for school and court.

I LOVE living at Metro67! It is more expensive, but it really does pay off to be right across from the school. It helped so much 1L year being able to go home in between classes. I do have a dog, but there are several parks close by that help with walking him, etc.

Living in metro has been great! It’s so convenient and I can easily run home and get any books or a coffee in between classes! I will definitely live here for the time in my law school!

good apartment

Metro 67, has been a great apartment complex to live in for several reasons. First, the security team is friendly and helpful. They help me feel safe, especially at night as they will offer to walk you across the street to the parking garage. The building also has an underground access to the parking garage across the street, and this is convenient when you are traveling alone. Secondly, the apartment itself is well-maintained. The apartment has to gym areas, a theater room, and a community room with ample places to sit in study. Thirdly, the office staff is readily available and can be found during office hours as well as contacted through a resident app.

10/10 amenities and living space. The walls are quite thick so you hardly ever hear neighbors and it gives the feeling of real privacy.

I've lived here about 1.5 years. It's honestly the best place I have ever lived. The staff is incredible. We have 2 gyms, a movie theaters, a game room, and a rooftop which are incredible amenities. The only thing I wish I had was a pool for the hot Memphis summers. I am in walking distance to EVERYTHING - school, food, bars, FedEx Forum, Autozone Park, ... literally everything. The building is so secure and my neighbors are so friendly. Love, love, love Metro!!
