San Piedra Review

San Piedra is a great complex! It is clean, well-kept, and has great amenities including a nice gym with a cycle studio, a beautiful pool, a volleyball court, and great views! It is also really close to campus (ATSU) which is another perk.

The only downsides are:

- the walls and floors are thin (we can hear our downstairs neighbors when they talk or sing, and our upstairs neighbors walking),

- they are a bit on the pricier side

- they are pretty strict

But overall my roommate and really enjoy living here.

Close to campus and has all the amenities

Its clean, quiet and they have food trucks every tuesday. There are lots of other ATSU students that live here. Pricey but worth it if you're stuck at home like me.

Don't have any complaints! Super clean and nice apartment. Beautiful amenities. Resort style pool and clean gym. Very comfortable.

Great complex

Great, quiet complex. Pool and gym are very nice, and well kept. Pet waste stations all over the property with free bags, grassy areas can be found throughout the property.

San Piedra Apartment Complex

This apartment complex is amazing. I live with 2 other classmates from my same program. We all have ample individual and community space. Patio area is great for mornings and to get a little quick fresh air. Maintenance is super fast and friendly staff. Amenities are so much of a plus!

Brand new property with awesome staff. Super pet friendly and only 5 minutes from campus
